Endeavor

I was 16 when I harvested my first deer. It was a fat, corn fed, 130lb, Indiana doe. It was bow season, and I was equipped with a nice PSE Carrera bow. The local bow shop only sold PSE and later AR, so my choices were limited.

Nine years later in 2010 I decided I’d buy a new bow for the 2011 deer season. Since I had only shot PSE, I wanted to buy something completely different. I liked Matthews as a company, but EVERYONE I know has a Matthews. I like to be a little different. BOOM,… there it was on a local online forum…. The title read “I love my new Mission Craze.” I thought to myself, “What is Mission Archery?” Much to my surprise I fell in love with the Craze, and it was in my price range. On the way to the local (which isn’t very local at all) Matthews dealer here in Indiana I got a phone call from a client saying “Hey, I’m sending you a check for the work you completed.” “Sweet” I thought, I got an extra $100 now. I got to the bow shop and there sat the Mission Craze that I had my eye on. I held it, and immediately new that it wasn’t going to work. I just didn’t like the way it felt for me. Discouraged and ready to head back to my original PSE dealer, I turned my head and there it was the Mission Endeavor. I asked to see it, and the clerk handed it over. When I grabbed it, it felt just like putting on a pair of jeans that fit just perfect. It became part of me, and I of it. I new I had to have it. Thinking it was probably WAY out of my price range I asked “How much more is this one?” The clerk responded with “$100″ more than the Craze. “Perfect, I have an extra $100. I’ll take it!”

For the next month I must have shot that thing 1000 times. The guys I hunt with commented that I had never shot that good. I felt much more confident, and knew I had picked the right bow. As long as Mission is making bows, they have a customer in me.

I just started bow hunting two years ago. grow up in Perry County. I’ve always been into hunting. I slacked off from around 18 to 28 years old. Thanks to bowhunting I’m in in touch with the woods again. I bought a 1990 legend magnum which served me well. I killed a buck and a doe this past season. one hunt even on film. I told my dad when I started hunting again that after I kill two deer with this bow I was buying a new bow. Well the pro shop in shermansdale is where I found my misson. This bow is great. Smooth, fast and on point. 30 yards im drilling arrows one after another. Cant wait till spring. May try to take a goobler. Thanks misson for a great product.

I’ve been and avid sportsman using firearms for my entire life. My good friend talked me into trying a compound bow. After my first pull, I knew I was hooked on the sport of archery. The good folks at my local pro shop set me up on a few different bows to try and I ultimately decided on the Endeavor. I felt like it was the most bow for the money I wanted to spend. I ordered it in all black and absolutely love the look. I shoot just as accurately as my buddies with $1000+ setups at the range and enjoy this sport more every time I shoot. A big thank you to MISSION for producing high quality bows that are affordable, accurate, and fun to shoot! It’s now becoming a family affair. My little guy is getting a Mission Menace for his birthday next week!
